Gymnastic Programs

Splitz Gym offers many great gymnastic programs for children of all ages and abilities - from our fun Kindergym program for toddlers and beginners through to our highly successful WAG and MAG competitive programs.

If your child loves to explore, jump, climb, and slide, then Kindergym is for them!  They will experience group time and fun circuits with lots of different themes designed with “neuro-nastics” in mind.  They will swing and balance their way to better strength, flexibility, and coordination.  The program is also aimed at developing and enhancing gross motor skills in boys and girls.  We firmly believe that all children should do gymnastics at some stage in their lives and this is the perfect age to give it a go.  Gymnastics is the ideal way for toddlers and young children to tumble, jump, and spin into fun and fitness, while also developing their bodies and minds!

Born to move

Jumpstart is the starting point for both recreational and competitive gymnasts. As with all of our programs, fun is a key element. If children are enjoying what they're doing, they’re more likely to want to do it again... And again... And again!  In our Jumpstart classes, we focus on the fundamental movement patterns that will help kids to progress into more advanced skills or activities or they may be invited to join our competitive WAG or MAG classes.
