standing attention

Physical Ability

skills progression.
Which has an achievement award system with a coloured ribbon system.
Competition Focus
Competition is all about having fun and enjoying the experience.
Its About
It is about learning hour to march from one apparatus to another and lining up in front of the Judge.
It is about learning to cheer for your team mates.
It is not about scores and results.
It is to prepare each athlete to have the best competition experience possible.
Prepare to Compete
Does this mean that every child will win a medal? No, of courses not. There can be 140 competitors in one level and there is only one first spot at the end.
It is the focus of each each to prepare their athletes to be able to compete to the best of their ability. This is done in training and on the competition floor.
Free to Mistake
Does this mean that they will never make a mistake? No it does not. Should the coach be upset if they make a mistake? Most coaches with experience know that all children will make mistakes. This is the best way to learn and gain experience.
Children must be free to make mistakes and not feel condemned for it. As they will already know and will be upset with themselves without anything coming from the coach or their parents.
Competitions
All classes will take part in competitions. However, the emphasis is on development not on being highly competitive.
